Beaumont Hospital goes thin client with Business Intelligence Solution based on Linux

Beaumont Hospital has entered a strategic alliance with MANITeX for the expansion of their existing DI-Atlantis Business Intelligence Solution into thin client processing.

This will see them increase the availability of the solution to many more users either with Windows or Browser interfaces running in thin client fashion across the Hospitals Intranet.

The migration includes the installation of the DI-Atlantis server components on one of the Hospitals Linux servers.

IT manager Tony Kenny stated that “The utilisation of these modern business intelligence tools has helped us begin to tie together the available information sources in an attractive package for our users. The tool is simple to use but very powerful”.
